Customer Service Specialist -

"PASHA Bank" OJSC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist.


PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for sales of loans, current accounts and deposits for individual clients - employees of payroll and client companies with the purpose of sales targets achievement and extension of customer base.


MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales of loans (including loan origination), current accounts and deposits for Bank@Work customers;
Onboarding of new clients from Corporate Banking segment for the payroll projects;
Direct marketing and sales;
Making use of the Bank’s facilities and whole range of products, cross-selling;
Execution of payroll relationship maintenance (scheduled presence on client sites, working with customer requests and enquires, execution of promoting activities for the bank’s services);
Preparing documentation and procedures describing business process workflow;
Interaction with the contact person of the corporate client on issues related to the support of payroll project;
Preparing marketing campaigns and placing requests for marketing support with the purpose of Bank@Work sales increase (e.g. presentation of bank’s products, placement of marketing materials on client’s site).

SKILLS:

No less than 2 (two) years experience in related position;
Education: Economics, Mathematic, Technical;
Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English (both verbal and written);
Good knowledge skills in MS office programs;
Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving;
Frequent coordination, communication,service quality.

"PASHA Bank" OJSC is seeking a IT Business Analyst.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for thorough understanding, formalization and documentation of business requirements on the stage of task initiation and forthcoming monitoring of the compliance of the developed software with Technical specification. 

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To take the leading role in the discussions of all technical and functional requirements and understanding of the set of final objectives on the stage of initiation of any software and ICT related initiatives by the Business Units;
To attend and support in preparation of Business preparation and creation of High Level design documents based on Business Requirements
To discuss the technical tasks with IT or partner 3rd parties and ensure the feasibility of the requirements set;
To participate as a justification chain during the negotiations and task discussions between the IT or partner 3rd parties and the business unit;
To monitor the compliance of the development or implementation steps with the technical requirements;
To formalize the major criteria of the UAT and submit the formal test acceptance form to the business unit;
To perform ongoing analysis and track of all the business procedures taking place in the Bank;
To identify all the information sources available for automation tasks;
To fulfill the requests from upper management that might go beyond the scope of the position;
To forecast/estimate resource requirements for requests in communication with IT teams;
To comply with all generic internal regulations and department standards (industry standards, methodologies, documentation etc.)
To pay maximum attention on timings and team work for project based assignments.


SKILLS:

No less than 5 (five) years experience in Business Analyst;
Education: IT, Technical, Engineering;
Fluent in Azeri, Russian, English (both verbal and written);
Excellent IT skills in Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Software languages SQL, Java basic, Banking systems (Flex cube is preferred)

REQUITED CERTIFICATES:

Software languages exam & Business analyst - CBAP is preferred.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for the effective administration of BI platforms and Database systems, consistency, integrity of data, its regular updates, access and security of the dataflow. 

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform Database Administration for Bank’s systems (up-and-running, performance, business continuity, data security);
To design, build, and operate a modern, responsive and comprehensive corporate BI platforms;
To ensure that the data models are up-to-date;
To manage batch systems for continuous and correct data from data Warehouse;
To manage the reporting/analytic platforms to make sure the databases feeding the analytical applications and platforms are up-to-date and complete;
To ensure the security of dataflow between various platforms and systems;
To provide reporting, analytics, data exploration and information delivery (portals, mobile);
To fulfill the requests from upper management that might go beyond the scope of the position;
To comply with all generic internal regulations and department standards (industry standards, methodologies, documentation etc.);
To pay maximum attention on timings and team work for project based assignments.

Conduct marketing activities and consumer research (e.g. mystery shopping for individual clients’ products, individual products market research and segmentation, customer satisfaction reviews, etc.) 
Study marketing trends and practices of international organizations 
Preparation of marketing materials and/or organization of events for individual clients segment
Participation in budgeting of marketing activities


Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Planning an appropriate schedule of audit activity
• Managing and controlling audit projects in accordance with procedures.
• Carrying out fieldwork during an audit and producing a report on the findings 
• Giving constructive feedback to staff on the findings of each audit, suggesting and implementing changes
• Producing a preliminary and final report on the findings of each audit.
• Preparing reports for the Audit Committee on the activity of Internal Audit Department.
• Monitoring the implementation of recommendations following each audit.
• Training and coaching more junior members of the Audit team.

EXPERIENCE
• Professional Experience within Baking Industry : 3 + years in total , more than 1 year in Audit Function

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree.

SKILLS
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
• Relevant academic qualifications, university degree at minimum;
• Professional qualification: CIA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA(in progress);
• Knowledge of audit procedures and best practices;
• Knowledge of legal and normative database of regulatory authorities related to banking sector;
• Good written and verbal communication skills; 
• The ability to plan,organize and manage their own time effectively; 
• Good analytical skills
