Job title: Front Office Representative
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Reports to: Head of Admin
Our requirements:
• Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, flexibility, organizational and communication skills, attentive to details
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian, English is desirable
• Professional appearance
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Key accountabilities:
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Maintains security and telecommunications system
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains office filing and storage systems
• Anticipates the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
• Coordinate and organize exams, seminars and other events
• Monitoring of technical staffs work
• Generating reports to manager
• Other duties as requested by the management.
Work schedule:
• Job opportunity either on part-time or full-time basis
• Employment is conducted in accordance with the Labor Law of AR
• Medical insurance is provided after probation period
